Corporate History:

Rick Ochs, President, has more than 25 years in the field of avionics. After leaving a successful avionics career in the United States Navy, Rick began his corporate experience by managing an avionics department for a commercial air carrier. He expanded his career by managing a custom avionics department for a corporate carrier. Finally, in 1999, Rick founded Spirit Avionics Ltd., a custom engineering and avionics facility. His pledge was for Spirit Avionics to provide cost effective avionic solutions for engineering, installations, and repairs across all aircraft categories.

Rick has been nationally recognized for his avionics leadership and dedication to avionics expertise. He is an elected member of the National Center for Aircraft Technician Training (NCATT); Certification and Accreditation Committee, the National Business Aircraft Association (NBAA); Maintenance Committee, and the Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA); Board of Directors and Member Benefits Committee. Rick is a true professional and outstanding promoter for the field of avionics.
