My purpose in writing this letter is to thank you for providing the good service on my KY97A recently. The unit had an intermittent channeling problem when I brought it in and as you know those are among the most difficult types to correct.

Your technician promptly began work on it and exercised what I considered a high degree of skill in diagnosing the unusual and difficult problem. While I have only flown the aircraft a couple of times since the repair, the set now seems to be functioning properly and I wanted to express my appreciation for your efforts. Not only was the work done promptly and in a manner that seems to have corrected the problem, but also at a fair rate.
